Role: Intern BIM Engineering Competencies: Technical Proficiency in CAD/BIM Software – Possesses foundational knowledge of CAD/BIM software tools with basic training or certifications in one or more platforms. Understanding of Industry Standards – Awareness of CAD/BIM standards and their applications across engineering disciplines. Engineering Design & Modeling Skills – Able to translate engineering calculations into drawings and 3D models. Technical Interpretation & Precision – Capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings effectively. Basic Digital & Software Literacy – Holds fundamental computer skills with operational knowledge of industry-specific software. Regulatory Compliance & Data Management – Understands standard codes and Electronic Data Management Systems (EDMS). Proactive Issue Identification – Recognizes and communicates concerns promptly to the immediate Supervisor. Career Development Engagement – Discusses career goals and aspirations with the Line Manager for continuous professional growth. Effective Communication Skills – Demonstrates basic oral and technical writing abilities in English.
