We are seeking for Process Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, handling international client queries, resolving issues effeciently, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem sloving skills.
In this role you will play a key role in:
Make outbound calls to US-based insurance companies/patients/Helpdesk as per process requirements.
Engage customers in meaningful conversations to promote products/services or gather required information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly Targets and conversion targets.
Handle objections professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to improve call quality and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and US calling regulations
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory).
