We’re looking for a smart, curious, and high-ownership intern to join our CRM & Customer Retention team. You’ll work closely with the category and growth teams to drive user retention, improve customer journeys, and run data-backed experiments that move key business metrics.
What You’ll Do
● Assist in planning, executing, and analysing CRM campaigns (Push, WhatsApp, SMS).
● Deep-dive into user behaviour, category performance, and funnel metrics.
● Work closely with category teams to understand product/category insights and build relevant nudges.
● Build weekly dashboards and performance trackers.
● Identify patterns, solve problems independently, and suggest improvements across journeys.
● Support ad-hoc analysis and experiments across user segments.
Skills & Requirements
● Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
● Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other analytical tools (Python is a plus).
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
● Ability to switch gears quickly and operate with a hustle mindset.
● Curiosity to explore data, understand users, and dig into category-level insights.
Preferred Background:
● Candidates from Tier 1 or Tier 2 engineering universities preferred.
● Prior internship or academic experience in customer retention, analytics or business operations will be an added advantage.
