We are looking for an Intern AI/ML Engineer to join our specialized engineering team. In this high-impact role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of core AI/ML capabilities that will enhance our data protection platform's intelligence and automation. You will work closely with Senior Engineers to gain hands-on experience contributing to real production systems used by customers globally, focusing on how AI can drive operational efficiency and advanced cyber-defense features.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students looking to specialize in applied machine learning, data security, and model development in a SaaS environment.
Day in the Life:
Work as part of a dedicated AI/ML scrum team, learning MLOps and secure development best practices
Assist in the design and development of data pipelines for internal data analysis and security-related insights
Contribute to implementing and testing machine learning models focused on problem domains like anomaly detection, log analysis, and data simulation
Help set up the foundational infrastructure for deploying and monitoring AI/ML features in a cloud environment
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and sprint planning for new AI/ML features
Learn through mentorship, pair programming, and collaborative work with Sr. ML Architects and Data Scientists
Who You Are:
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science
Basic programming proficiency in Python
Exposure to machine learning frameworks, algorithms, or concepts (e.g., NLP, data processing, classification)
Strong willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Academic, internship, or personal project experience building data processing pipelines
Familiarity with deep learning concepts, natural language processing (NLP), or anomaly detection techniques
Exposure to AI development platforms such as AWS Bedrock / Sagemaker / Azure AI Foundry / Vertex AI or experience with AI Agents using Semantic Kernel or equivalent, Agentic AI, RAG, or Model fine-tuning and/or MCP Servers
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or MLOps tools (CI/CD)
Familiarity with Git and basic version control concepts
Interest in working in SaaS data security or cybersecurity solutions
