Work directly with Future AGI's largest customers to design and deliver tailored technical solutions that accelerate their success with generative AI. This is a customer-facing, highly technical role that blends backend engineering with problem-solving and product thinking. You'll collaborate with AI engineers, customer PMs, and engineering teams to map ideal workflows, build bespoke integrations, and ensure rapid progress toward production-grade outcomes.
**What We're Looking For**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related technical field
- Strong backend engineering skills — proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, database fundamentals, and basic system design
- Excellent communication skills — ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving mindset; comfortable debugging unfamiliar codebases and systems
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can manage workstreams independently across multiple customer engagements
**Nice to Have**
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, CrewAI) or building AI-powered applications
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, or observability platforms
- Exposure to customer-facing engineering, technical consulting, or solutions engineering
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker)
- Previous hackathon wins, open-source contributions, or shipped side projects
