How It Works

This is an application to join the network and be eligible for roles as they arise. Projects are staffed on an as-needed basis, we have an immediate need for talented designers and content creators for an ongoing project. If accepted, we’ll reach out with details and timeline.

The Opportunity

We are looking for creatives and designers to create short, simple video content. These videos are not for public distribution and will be used to improve the creative AI models and tools we use everyday. They are used as reference data to help AI systems better understand motion, composition, transitions, and visual storytelling.

You don't need to be a professional content creator or videographer. If you have a designer's eye and can capture clean, intentional video clips using your phone or camera, you're a great fit. The emphasis is on visual quality and compositional thinking, not complex production.

What You Will Do

Record short video clips following specific creative briefs and guidelines provided for each project
Capture content with attention to composition, lighting, framing, and visual clarity
Follow structured prompts that outline the subject matter, style, and parameters for each clip
Deliver organized, clearly labeled video files on time

What We're Looking For

Background in design (graphic design, product design, brand design, content design, or similar) with a strong visual eye
Ability to compose visually compelling shots, even with a smartphone
Comfort following creative briefs and delivering content that meets specific guidelines
Reliable and detail-oriented, able to deliver organized files within project timelines
No professional video production experience required, just a strong sense of visual quality

Portfolio review - We'll assess your personal portfolio and Contra profile for strength in design and visual composition.
Video interview - You'll record a brief video sharing more about your experience and your interest in this type of work.
Skills assessment - If accepted, you'll complete a short assessment aligned to the types of tasks you'd work on.
