The position holder is responsible for supporting the IT Learning & Development (L&D) function, assists in the delivery of training initiatives, and contributes to the organization of learning programs. The position will report to the Training lead at Pune.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating training sessions, including scheduling and participant management.
Keep abreast of new learning tools, methods, and trends in learning and development.
Monitor training metrics and maintain accurate records using Excel and LMS.
Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to enable smooth delivery of learning programs.
Interface with trainers, participants, and HR colleagues to ensure seamless execution.
Contribute to the creative communication for L&D initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
Exposure to training, content creation, or HR projects is desirable.
Familiarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or AI assistants.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Interest in learning and development and employee engagement.
Creativity and willingness to experiment with visuals and storytelling.
