Job Description
Onboarding: Assist in preparing welcome kits and setting up orientation schedules
Database Management: Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical) to ensure 100% data accuracy and compliance.
Employee Engagement: Help brainstorm and execute team-building events, internal newsletters, and wellness initiatives.
Scheduling Skip Level Meetings: Intern will help me in scheduling skip level meetings at the site
Coordinating in Exit Interviews: Conducting Exit Interviews.
Basic Requirements
Education: Recently completed MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration preferrably from a good and reputed colleges.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) or Google Workspace.
Soft Skills: Good Attitude, Empathy and active listening
Organization: Ability to multitask and stay organized when things get busy.
