#1: Video editor (internship & full-time)
Should know the Heygen + Elevenlabs combo. Understand Instagram hooks + share loops. Quality & speed are your biggest strengths. You will own a content IP and get to convert your 3-month internship into a full-time role.
#2: Community Ops (internship)
You will think about city-level programming, host development, member matchmaking, onboarding flows, retention loops, and format innovation. You will build the operating system for how a community of India's best professionals actually runs.
#3: AI tech pod (intership)
Full-stack. Your core job is to manage a team of agents to ship. That sentence is not a metaphor. We use agents extensively — Claude Code, Cursor, and custom pipelines. You will think of AI agents as direct reports: scope the work, assign it, review the output, and push it live.
