WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is a hands-on engineering internship — not a research role. You will build real components inside production-adjacent pipelines under the guidance of the AI team. You will touch document processing, model evaluation, developer tooling, and data analytics. You leave with a portfolio of shipped work, not just slides.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in building and testing document classification and extraction pipelines for mortgage artefacts (PDFs, forms, appraisals).
Experiment with chunking strategies, embedding models, and prompt templates for RAG-based Q&A systems; benchmark and document results.
Help integrate LLM-assisted code review and test-case generation into CI pipelines (Jenkins / Forgejo); measure impact on code quality metrics.
Build evaluation datasets and run automated accuracy/hallucination tests on extraction outputs.
Research and prototype emerging LLM capabilities (multimodal inputs, structured outputs, agentic patterns) and write internal adoption reports.
Support data analytics tasks: SQL queries on BigQuery, dashboard contributions in Grafana or Superset, basic ML feature engineering.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Must Have: Python (Intermediate+), Node.js · LLM API Usage (Claude / Grok / Gemini) · Prompt Engineering Basics · REST APIs · Git Workflows · SQL · JSON / Data Parsing · Basic NLP Concepts
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Pursuing or recently completed B.E./B.Tech in CS, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field
Demonstrated personal or academic projects involving LLMs, NLP, or document processing — GitHub portfolio preferred.
Ability to read documentation independently and iterate quickly on experimental code.
Clear written communication; comfortable asking for help and sharing blockers early.
Hunger to understand the why behind models, not just call APIs.
LEARNING OUTCOMES & GROWTH PATH
End-to-end exposure to production AI systems in a regulated industry. Hands-on experience with GCP, LLM evaluation, and CI/CD-integrated AI tooling. Mentorship from senior engineers and the AI architect. Strong internship-to-full-time conversion pathway for high performers

Stipend: 50,000/-Per Month
