This Position reports to:
Global Automation Advanced Analytics Service Owner
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver and implement analytics strategy in one or more functional areas. Each day, you will drive data-driven strategy and decision making for predictive analytics and optimization by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). You will also showcase your expertise by building and maintaining large-scale statistical models that turn billions of data points into insights and actions.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation (PA) division. Main stakeholders are business process owners, domain experts, product managers, digital transformation leaders, and analytics teams.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Supporting the identification and implementation of analytics use cases, including data collection, preparation, feature engineering, model development, testing, and deployment.
Developing and enhancing AI/ML models, creating data pipelines, and designing innovative approaches to analyze and visualize business data.
Understanding and applying the complete data analytics lifecycle, including data discovery, preparation, modeling, validation, deployment, monitoring, and communication of results.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges using data-driven approaches and delivering insights that support decision-making.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
You enjoy working with data, machine learning, software engineering practices, cloud technologies, and modern analytics platforms within the industrial automation and manufacturing sector.
You have 0–2 years of experience through academic projects, internships, research assignments, or entry-level roles in Data Science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
Knowledge of Python, SQL, Snowflake, data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, APIs, software development best practices, and version control tools such as Git.
Highly adept in Snowflake Data Cloud, Python data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), Azure cloud services, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
You are passionate about problem-solving, analytical thinking, continuous learning, collaboration, and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
You are at ease communicating in English, both written and verbal. Valid work authorization and visa/work permit requirements applicable to the job location are required.
