About the Role We're looking for a passionate and people-first Community Intern to help us grow and manage the Amber Community for students preparing for their big move. You'll be the voice of amber inside the community, keeping students engaged, informed and excited throughout their pre-move journey.
What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day activity across the Amber Community responding to queries, sparking conversations and keeping the vibe warm and welcoming
Onboard new members and ensure they feel connected from day one
Plan and execute weekly engagement initiatives polls, AMAs, tips, discussions
Collaborate with the marketing team to share relevant content, announcements and campaigns inside the community
Track engagement metrics active members, response rates, click-throughs and share weekly reports
Identify and nurture highly engaged members as potential community champions
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Media or related field
Genuinely loves people and online communities
Strong written communication: warm, clear and on-brand
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple conversations at once
Comfortable with WhatsApp, Instagram and basic reporting tools
