Role Overview
As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee in the Warranty & Service function, you will gain hands-on exposure to warranty operations, service processes, dealer support, and data analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support warranty claim validation, reporting, and performance monitoring, contributing to continuous business improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily quality checks of warranty claims in accordance with WUM , PSI & AD
Digital transformation of Service documents in the DMS
AI learning and implementation in the DMS/UCHP
Sharepoint/Power Automate/Power App creation & Support
Analyze warranty data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Provide system-related support to dealers.
Prepare documentation and reports for warranty reviews.
Monitor machine uptime and service performance.
Develop and monitor warranty dashboards and KPIs.
Prepare warranty training and competency development materials.
Qualifications
Fresher – BE/ BTech
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
Good presentation and documentation skills
Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage
