Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Analyst to manage donor data, generate reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to support fundraising and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update donor databases with high accuracy.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Perform data validation, cleaning, and database audits.
Analyze data trends and prepare business insights.
Process and monitor online donations.
Develop dashboards and automated reports.
Track KPIs and share performance reports.
Coordinate with internal teams on data-related queries.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc, B.E, B.Tech, or equivalent).
0–2 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, or Data Analysis.
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Formulas, Reporting).
Basic knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or similar dashboard tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Other Details
Freshers with strong Excel and MIS knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
