What We're Looking For:
Must Have
Engineering background — B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related discipline.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good understanding of software development fundamentals.
Comfortable working with APIs, JSON, databases, and basic technical concepts.
Ability to write clear requirements and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
Strong attention to detail.
Curiosity to understand how products work behind the interface.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Good to Have
Experience with tools such as Postman, SQL, Figma, Git/GitHub, etc
Basic SQL knowledge.
Familiarity with REST APIs and API testing.
Experience building a college project, website, application, SaaS product, or automation.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Lovable, or similar tools.
Prior internship or project experience in Product Management, Software Development, Business Analysis, or QA.

Can look at a problem from both a user and engineering perspective.
Can identify edge cases others haven't considered.
Can prototype an idea using AI/no-code/low-code tools.

Can communicate clearly with engineers, designers, researchers, and business teams.
Have strong ownership and are willing to get into the details.
