What you will do
Ship candidate and recruiter surfaces. Features across the web-based IDE, the candidate assessment flow, and the recruiter analytics dashboards โ the report, the queue and the decision room.
Build the services underneath them. Low-latency backend services, secure code-execution pipelines, and the API integrations that move a session from the editor to a scored report.
Wire LLM workflows into the assessment engine. Integrate model-driven analysis into platform tooling, with the deterministic signals kept deterministic โ a physics rule binds the model, not the other way round.
Write code that survives review. Work directly with the core team on clean, tested, production-ready changes. Every claim on this site is traceable to shipped code, and that standard applies to the code as well as the copy.
Who you are
Studying or recently finished a CS or IT degree. Equivalent practical experience counts. We care what you have built, not which year you are in.
You have shipped something and it is online. Deployed personal projects or open-source contributions, with an active GitHub profile we can actually read. The application asks for one link, and that link is the strongest part of it.
You get to a working version fast. A self-starter who would rather have something running by Friday than a design document by Monday, and who then goes back and makes it correct.
