London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is hiring Business Graduate Associates for a 12-month graduate programme in its Data & Analytics division in Bengaluru, as permanent full-time employees from day one. Graduates learn how customer needs, data and technology combine into products, building skills in data analytics, AI, business intelligence and product management while learning about financial markets. You will work on cross-team projects and join LSEG's global early-careers community, with chances for professional development, CSR and volunteering. LSEG is looking for curious, analytical and collaborative people interested in product management, data science, analytics or AI, with strong communication and problem-solving skills and an interest in financial markets. Working SQL and introductory Python for data analysis are expected; a mix of engineering and finance background is preferred. Applicants must have graduated in 2026 or be final-year undergraduate or master's students finishing before summer 2027.
