Oculon, an early-stage startup building an AI-native planning workspace for finance teams, is hiring a remote Software Engineering Intern. Oculon brings financial planning out of scattered spreadsheets and dashboards into one connected system, with driver-based models, databases, live dashboards, integrations and AI agents that understand a company's metrics and scenarios. As an intern you will work on real product problems across the Next.js and TypeScript frontend, Python backend services, data and modelling workflows, integrations, or AI-powered features, touching areas such as model building, dashboards, collaboration, performance and agent workflows. You will turn product requirements into working software, test and iterate on feedback, and learn how production systems are designed and maintained in a small, technically ambitious team. Candidates should be pursuing or have recently finished a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. Oculon values strong fundamentals, clear communication, attention to user experience and curiosity about AI-assisted development over knowing every tool. Full-time (40 hours/week), remote, ₹10,000 per month.
