Millennium is hiring an AI Engineer I for its FIC & Risk Technology group in Bengaluru. You will work with business stakeholders, quantitative teams and market researchers to understand complex problems and identify high-impact AI/ML opportunities, then experiment, iterate and take solutions into production for research, modelling, risk and trading use cases. You will also build the data and ML infrastructure, tools and frameworks behind data preparation, deployment, measurement and model retraining. The role needs strong knowledge of current AI/ML methods including LLMs, deep learning and reinforcement learning; solid computer science and software engineering skills; Python plus another language such as Java, C++ or C#; experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud; and hands-on use of prompt engineering and fine-tuning, including parameter-efficient methods. You should be able to evaluate models with clear metrics and communicate well with technical and business teams. Preferred: an advanced degree in CS, AI or ML, AI experience in financial services, and 3+ years of relevant experience. On-site role.
