Candidates should have a basic understanding of Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment, familiarity with PowerShell scripting, foundational knowledge of Python and Ansible, and strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Jenkins, PowerShell or other automation certifications are a plus.
