HCLTech is hiring an Active Directory Analyst (Engineer – Active Directory Service Interfaces) in Nagpur to support daily identity and access management operations. You will create, update and disable user accounts, manage security and distribution groups and organisational units, and handle onboarding, role changes and offboarding. The role covers provisioning and de-provisioning access, password resets and account unlocks, privileged access requests, Group Policy support, and troubleshooting sync and authentication issues within SLA. You will also support audits and compliance reporting, flag unauthorised access, maintain SOPs and knowledge articles, and prepare regular operational reports. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field and 0–3 years of experience in Active Directory or IAM support. Required: Active Directory, GPO, Azure AD/Entra ID basics, Windows Server administration, IAM joiner-mover-leaver concepts, ServiceNow or similar ticketing, and good communication. PowerShell and Microsoft certifications are a plus.
