Myntra, India's leading fashion and lifestyle e-commerce platform, is hiring Apprentices for its seller onboarding team in Bengaluru. The goal of the role is to guide sellers through Myntra's onboarding process from start to finish. You will communicate daily with sellers and vendors by phone and in writing, run vendor master management so requests are closed within the agreed turnaround time, and resolve escalations and exceptional cases with stakeholders. You will need to understand commercial terms such as commission and GST, discuss commercial topics with sellers, and coordinate with internal teams such as category and catalogue. Candidates should be comfortable in a multi-step process team and have good working knowledge of MS Office and Excel (basic MIS) along with strong communication skills. Experience with third-party stakeholders or an e-commerce or retail background is preferred. This is an apprenticeship open to freshers with no prior experience required.
