Ingersoll Rand is hiring a Graduate Engineer Trainee – Business Analyst for its India Compressor Division, based in Gurugram. The role acts as the main point of contact for business data, reporting and analytics, combining internal performance data with customer, channel, market and competitor intelligence into one reliable view of the business. You will own dashboards and business-review packs on orders, revenue, pipeline, pricing, margins, inventory and service KPIs, and analyse performance by customer, region, channel and product to improve forecasts and pricing discipline. You will also track installed base and aftermarket opportunities, competitor and market trends, and supply-chain risks, while maintaining KPI definitions and reconciling data across ERP, CRM and finance systems. Tools include Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Query and Power Automate. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, analytics or finance; exposure to industrial or B2B businesses is a plus.
