Kennovation India is hiring Technical Support Engineers / Network Support Engineers to support its medical device solutions at hospitals across India, with the office in Baner, Pune. You will run product demonstrations and hospital trials, help with installation, setup and commissioning, and train surgeons, nurses, biomedical engineers and hospital staff. The role includes first-level technical and application support, basic troubleshooting in coordination with service and technical teams, working with sales and product teams, keeping records of visits and training, and providing on-site support in OT and ICU environments. Candidates should hold a B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical or Computer Science, have good communication and customer-handling skills and basic troubleshooting knowledge, and be willing to work on-site and travel across India.
