HP is hiring a Business & Operations Analyst for its IDC Planning & Operations team in Bengaluru, supporting leadership with analytics, operational planning, workforce insights and financial analysis. You will build and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards and MIS in Power BI and Excel, set up KPI frameworks, and track actuals against plan for headcount, operating expenses and project investments. The role covers trend, variance and root-cause analysis, support for spend planning and forecasting, tracking of hiring, onboarding, capacity and utilisation, and preparing business-review presentations that combine engineering, finance and operations metrics. You will also look for ways to automate reporting, improve data quality and standardise methods. Must-have skills: advanced Excel, Power BI, data analytics, dashboard development, business reporting, stakeholder management and strong PowerPoint skills. Good to have: SQL, Power Query, Power Automate and JIRA. This is a full-time role within HP's Supply Chain & Operations function.
