Hilti is hiring a Finance Intern – Data Science & Analytics in Gurugram to work with its finance team on applying analytics to real business problems. You will analyse financial data for reports, dashboards and MIS, clean, validate, reconcile and transform large datasets, and turn business and finance questions into data-driven insights with cross-functional teams. You will also support month-end and year-end closing with a focus on data quality, run market, financial and competitor analysis, help with audits and internal reviews, and suggest improvements through analytics and automation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, a strong interest in finance and data analytics, proficiency in MS Excel, and working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python or similar tools, along with strong numerical reasoning, attention to detail and communication skills.
