Amazon is hiring an SDE I on a 12-month fixed-term contract for its Amazon Pay team in Hyderabad. You will join a new team building PayUI, a greenfield rendering platform that standardises how user-interface components look and behave across all Amazon Pay pages. This tier-1 system will form the backbone that payment pages are hosted and rendered on, used by thousands of customers every day. Working with a team of developers, you will take part in every phase of the project: reviewing requirements, designing the services that underpin the new platform, building and testing components, and launching and operating them at scale. The basic requirements are at least one year of non-internship professional software development experience and programming skills in at least one language.
