IBM Consulting is hiring an Associate System Engineer in Kolkata, an entry-level, hybrid role at IBM India. Despite the title, the work centres on cognitive process automation: turning business process definitions into optimised automation solutions using Watson APIs and watsonx products such as watsonx Orchestrate and watsonx Assistant. You will build and test these solutions with the delivery team, working with clients, automation project managers and architects as projects move from design to deployment. IBM Consulting works with leading companies on their hybrid cloud and AI journeys, using IBM technology and Red Hat, and encourages new joiners to explore ideas and grow through structured learning.
