JPMorganChase is hiring a Data Scientist Associate in Bengaluru to support Chase UK, its fast-growing digital retail bank. Working in the Predictive Science group, you will turn open-ended business questions into structured analyses that lead to measurable results for customers and the business. Typical work includes customer analytics such as behavioural analysis, funnels and customer journeys, cohort studies and campaign measurement, along with commercial analysis of profitability and unit economics. You will design and evaluate experiments and A/B tests, and work closely with product, engineering and business teams in an agile, cross-functional setting, presenting findings clearly to influence decisions. The role calls for advanced SQL (complex joins, validation and efficient queries), strong Python for reproducible analysis with common data science tools, and a solid grounding in statistics and experimentation, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, bias and confounding, and sample size and power. Excellent written and verbal communication and strong collaboration skills are essential. Full-time role based at Embassy Tech Village, Bengaluru.
