Medpace, a full-service clinical contract research organisation serving the biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device industries, is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst for its fast-growing Data Engineering team in Navi Mumbai. The team builds a data-driven culture across the company, using data and insights to improve strategic and operational efficiency. In this visible analytical role you will work closely with the US Data Engineering team on enterprise-wide data initiatives, covering SQL, Python, data modelling and data warehousing. You will dig into complex data sets, run deep analysis, and design and build long-term BI solutions, partnering with colleagues across Medpace. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in business, life science, computer science or a related field and 0 to 5 years of experience in business intelligence or data engineering, so freshers with strong fundamentals can apply. Advanced SQL and Python are preferred, along with strong analytical and communication skills, good organisation, curiosity and the ability to work independently.
