QualiTest is hiring a SOC Analyst in Bengaluru, a full-time, work-from-office role in rotational shifts for candidates with 0 to 4 years of experience. You will monitor security events in SIEM platforms, validate and triage alerts, carry out initial investigation and escalate confirmed incidents to the SOC lead. The work involves collecting and analysing logs from firewalls, IDS/IPS, Windows servers, Cisco devices, endpoint, email and anti-malware tools, doing first-level false positive and false negative analysis, and creating and tracking incident tickets in ITSM tools until closure with clear documentation. A bachelor's degree with CEH certification is required, along with a good grasp of security monitoring concepts. Immediate joiners are preferred.
