Infineon is hiring an RTL Design Engineer in Bengaluru to work on digital design for its semiconductor products in power systems and IoT. You will turn system requirements into detailed micro-architectures and write clean, modular RTL in Verilog, SystemVerilog or VHDL. The role covers lint, clock-domain crossing and formal equivalence checks, support for FPGA prototyping, lab testing and post-silicon debugging, and basic verification of RTL using a Python-based flow along with digital AMS test cases. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, electronics or VLSI with at least two years of experience, strong Verilog/SystemVerilog and digital fundamentals, and familiarity with serial interfaces such as I2C, SPI and UART. Experience with EDA tools for linting, synthesis and CDC is a plus.
