Airbus India is hiring an AI Engineer in Bengaluru to bring AI agents and agentic workflows into its engineering organisation. You will study complex business and engineering workflows, spot where AI can help, and document functional requirements for agent personas, tools and guardrails. The role includes assessing whether use cases are suitable for automation and flagging failure modes, data gaps and regulatory risks early, then designing, configuring and fine-tuning agents, prompting strategies and agent knowledge bases (databases and graphs) on Airbus's internal EKF platform. You will act as the link between engineering teams and the EKF development team, and help refine and prioritise user stories for agent tools and APIs in an agile setup. A couple of years of experience with AI/LLM solutions is expected.
