PTC is hiring a Cloud Services Operations Engineer in Gurugram to run and maintain customer environments for its cloud-hosted applications. You will install and deploy PTC application software along with supported third-party tools such as Cognos, SolidWorks, Intellicus and Kettle, apply customer change packages and check compatibility between components. The role includes configuring and tuning applications for performance, refreshing or rehosting environments with their data and configuration, setting up LDAP and single sign-on, and carrying out documented upgrade procedures using PTC's upgrade tools, resolving issues independently along the way. Candidates should have around 2 to 4 years of experience in application operations, system administration or cloud support, with good troubleshooting skills and comfort working with enterprise software stacks.
