LSEG is hiring a Power Platform and AI Solutions Developer in Bengaluru to digitise business processes and build AI assistants. You will design, build and maintain Power Apps solutions, automate workflows with Power Automate, and improve user experience through issue resolution and ongoing improvements; Power BI data modelling and DAX are an advantage. On the AI side, you will develop assistants and copilots using modern frameworks, apply RAG, agentic AI, embeddings, vector databases and prompt engineering, and build evaluation frameworks and automated testing pipelines. You will also manage application lifecycle and integration through GitLab CI/CD, keep solutions secure and compliant, and work with architecture, security and governance teams. Around 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is expected.
