Roche is hiring a Fullstack AI Quality Engineer in Hyderabad to test generative AI applications and agentic systems within a lean software team. You will own quality across the full range: manual exploratory testing, automated UI, API and MCP testing across a Python and TypeScript stack, validation of classical machine learning models, and evaluation of LLM-based and agentic AI behaviour for reliability, fairness and effectiveness. The role involves designing evaluation approaches and test frameworks for AI systems, building them into automated pipelines, and working closely with engineers and data scientists to catch issues early. Candidates should combine solid traditional software testing skills with a good understanding of how LLMs, agents and ML models behave, and be comfortable writing test automation in Python or TypeScript.
