Kyndryl is hiring a Japanese-speaking System Operations Analyst in Gurugram, working in person, to monitor and maintain infrastructure for its customers. As a Unified Systems Operator, you will monitor, control and maintain systems across a large infrastructure estate, validate events and alerts, carry out preventive tasks, and escalate potential outages or unusual situations before they affect customers. You will also advise customers on best practices and resource use, work with specialist teams on projects, and communicate directly with Japanese-speaking clients to understand their needs. Candidates should have around two years of experience in IT operations, monitoring or infrastructure support, good troubleshooting skills, and business-level Japanese along with English for customer interaction.
