EXL is hiring a Business Intelligence Developer in Gurugram, on a hybrid model, for its data and analytics team supporting insurance reporting. You will design, build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports and analytical solutions that help business users track performance, spot trends and make data-driven decisions. The role requires hands-on Power BI work: data modelling, DAX, Power Query, report and dashboard development and optimisation, migrating reports and publishing through Power BI Service. You will work with business stakeholders, analysts, data engineers and technology teams to turn requirements into scalable, easy-to-use BI solutions. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience as a BI or Power BI developer, strong SQL and data modelling skills, and ideally exposure to the insurance domain.
