FIS is hiring a Treasury and Payment Application Support analyst in Pune, working 24/5 rotational shifts, for candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience. You will monitor agreed treasury processes and application services for clients, running application, interface, scheduler, payment, statement and reconciliation checks within set timelines. The role includes watching alerts and operational queues, spotting exceptions and doing first-line analysis, logging and progressing incidents and service requests to service levels, reproducing and documenting client issues with evidence from logs and data, and giving clear problem statements to resolver teams while keeping clients informed. Experience supporting treasury or payment applications such as Swift, TRAX or Quantum, plus good analytical and communication skills, is required.
