Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring an Associate Application Administrator in Bengaluru to support enterprise software used in its clinical research services. Working the second (afternoon) shift, you will keep analytical software, lab hardware and server-based laboratory applications stable and performing well. Day to day you will resolve application issues, carry out change requests, keep system documentation up to date and work with colleagues across groups to fix technical problems. You need about 2 years of systems administration experience or equivalent training, ideally with a computer science background, and hands-on skills in Windows Server and Linux administration, relational database concepts and desktop productivity tools. Experience with laboratory information systems is preferred. The role is office and lab based and may involve occasional travel.
