Amazon's Fulfillment Technologies team in Hyderabad is hiring a DevOps Engineer to look after mission-critical services that run Amazon's fulfillment network worldwide. You will keep highly available systems running, automate and improve operational processes, and work with business, program management and software engineering teams to drive operational excellence. The role also includes leading smaller development projects and building custom tools. You need at least 3 years of technical support experience, scripting skills in a modern programming language and experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems. Knowledge of web services, distributed systems and web application development is preferred, as is experience maintaining hardware and software RAID. A strong customer focus, project management skills and clear communication are important for success in this role.
