Salesforce is hiring a Business Analyst for its Quote-to-Cash Innovation team in Hyderabad. This is a builder role: beyond gathering requirements, you will prototype and ship working automations, AI agents, test scripts and dashboards using AI-assisted coding tools. You will map current and future processes, support data migration and validation, track KPIs with BI tools, lead UAT, and own small requests end to end across CPQ, contract lifecycle and order management. You need 3 or more years as a business analyst or business systems analyst in a SaaS or enterprise setting, a background in Quote-to-Cash, CPQ or order management systems, and real hands-on experience building solutions with tools such as Claude, Cursor or Copilot. The role works with US teams on a shift of roughly 5 PM to 2 AM IST and is office based.
