Intel's Silicon and Platform Engineering group in Bengaluru is hiring a Memory Electrical Validation Engineer. You will define validation strategies for memory IO interfaces, check analog circuit performance, signal integrity and system margins against industry standards, and analyse and tune Memory Reference Code (MRC) to improve margins and product quality. The job includes building validation procedures and test infrastructure, debugging functional and electrical failures to find root causes, and writing validation specifications. You will work with design and research teams on memory IO and mixed-signal architectures. Candidates need a degree in electrical, electronics or computer engineering and at least 3 years of hands-on industry experience in electrical validation, along with strong debugging skills and an understanding of memory interfaces and signal integrity.
