American Express is hiring a Financial Systems Analyst for Oracle FCCS in Gurugram on a hybrid model. You will study existing consolidation processes running on Oracle Hyperion and turn them into functional specifications to support their move to Oracle FCCS. Working with finance teams, IT and vendors, you will gather requirements, configure and support the FCCS module, write user stories and take part in Agile ceremonies, and support testing, training and change management. You need a bachelor's degree in business, information systems or a related field, 3 or more years as a business, finance or product analyst in an Oracle EPM setting, and familiarity with FCCS or HFM. Strong analytical and communication skills and Agile exposure are expected, and SAFe or FCCS/HFM certifications are a plus.
