Wolters Kluwer is hiring a Software Quality Assurance Analyst focused on Salesforce in Pune, on a hybrid schedule of about eight office days a month. You will plan and run functional, regression, integration, API and UAT testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ, validate end-to-end business processes, design test cases, track defects and improve test documentation. You need 3 to 5 years of QA experience with at least 3 years on Salesforce applications, a strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, workflows, validation rules and integrations, and API testing with REST/SOAP and Postman. Automation with Selenium or Cypress, ERP integration testing, SQL and data migration testing, and experience with other Salesforce clouds are nice to have. Interviews are run without AI tools and may include an in-person round.
