MSD (Merck) is hiring a Specialist for Appian and Grafana platform operations at its Hyderabad technology centre. You will give hands-on operational support for the company's enterprise Appian platform, monitoring performance, stability and data reliability, and lead configuration and deployment work in Appian and Celonis Process Modeling environments, with back-up support for Celonis. A key part of the job is turning operational, telemetry and process data into Grafana dashboards and alerts, and building an automated reliability framework with Nobl9 to track user experience and error budgets. You will also handle incidents across dev, test, stage and production and work with Appian, Celonis and AWS on licensing and escalations. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of hands-on Grafana experience and Appian administration experience or certification.
