NielsenIQ is hiring a mid-level Software Engineer for its Chennai technology hub to build front-end applications on a platform using Angular, Node, MongoDB, Postgres and Contentful. You will design and deliver scalable, user-friendly front-end applications, services and APIs, build reusable UI components shared across products, run proofs of concept to compare solution options, and keep code quality high in a team that practises CI/CD and agile delivery. Candidates need 3 to 6 years of front-end development experience with strong Angular skills (ideally recent versions such as 14 to 17), a solid command of TypeScript and JavaScript, and expertise in semantic HTML and CSS/SCSS for responsive layouts. Interest in trying new cloud-native technologies is valued.
