Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (VOIS) is hiring Apprentice Network Monitoring Engineers in Bengaluru, an entry route for engineering graduates and diploma holders who want to start a career in global telecom networks. You will monitor customer networks and network elements against service levels, carry out first-level fault diagnosis and alarm validation, raise and manage trouble tickets for specialist teams, and report service-affecting incidents clearly to customers and internal teams. You will work with technical support, incident management and service desk teams to keep networks available and help improve operational processes. The role runs on a 24x7 rotational shift model. You need an engineering degree or diploma, basic networking knowledge (OSI model, TCP/IP, routing and switching), ideally some exposure to Cisco technologies, working knowledge of Windows and Office tools, methodical troubleshooting skills and good written and spoken English.
