Thomson Reuters is hiring a Data Scientist in Bengaluru, on a hybrid model, to build digital and AI solutions for HR and People Analytics. You will create tools with React front ends and FastAPI back ends, design and maintain back-end data systems on Snowflake, and build LLM-based workflows and agentic AI solutions for HR use cases. The role involves exploring large data sets, working closely with business stakeholders to design custom solutions, researching and analysing ambiguous problems, and building and deploying machine learning models in production. Candidates should have about 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, a strong logical and scientific approach to problem solving, and the ability to explain complex results simply. Experience with React, FastAPI, AI agents or automation pipelines, AWS and Kaggle-style projects is a plus.
