Kyndryl is hiring Virtual Network Operators for its remote audio-visual support service, open in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Greater Noida and Mumbai with partly remote working. As the first operational line for a large estate of meeting rooms, you will monitor AV and Microsoft Teams Room devices with Utelogy and other tools, respond to device alerts, offline events and user-reported issues, separate real incidents from noise, and keep accurate incident records. You will carry out structured first diagnosis, perform approved remote fixes from runbooks, confirm recovery and escalate when needed, in a 24x7 operations setup. Candidates should have around 1 to 3 years in IT, NOC or AV support. Familiarity with Teams Rooms, Logitech, Lenovo, Q-SYS, Crestron, Shure or AV-over-IP products helps, but deep engineering knowledge is not required.
